A Saint Johnsbury native, Steven graduated from Saint Johnsbury Academy and Champlain College. He has served on the town planning commission and has been a director and past president of the Saint Johnsbury Country Club, Northeast Kingdom Board of REALTORS and director of the Tri-State REALTORS Institute.
